Once you finished editing your e-form in our online form designer you can just press the button “Show PDF” at the left side of the online Aloaha PDF Form Designer to generate the interactive fillable and saveable PDF Form.
This PDF with interactive PDF Fields is fillable and saveable with Adobe Reader XI. It will NOT work in older reader or reader which are inbuilt into the web browser such as Chrome!
If you cannot guarantee that the user has the Adobe Reader XI (or higher) you should press the button “Release PDF Form” at the left bottom of the online PDF Editor. Once you press that button Aloaha will render two red push buttons at the top of the page. With those buttons you can save and submit your PDF from any Adobe PDF Reader.
Additionally a responsive HTML form will be generated so that user without Adobe PDF Reader or mobile devices can fill the form as well. In any case the final submitted form will a PDF Document.
